These terms govern the use of the Kashmirly platform by registered travel agencies ("partners"). By registering, your agency agrees to them.
1. B2B only
Kashmirly is a trade-only platform. Accounts are issued to bona-fide travel businesses after verification and approval. We do not sell to travellers directly, and partner accounts may not be shared with or resold to consumers.
2. Registration and verification
Partners must provide accurate business details and the documents we request. Your phone number is verified via WhatsApp and your account activates only after approval by the Kashmirly team. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts that fail verification or misuse the platform.
3. Rates and bookings
- Partner rates shown in the portal are confidential trade rates, GST inclusive unless stated otherwise, and must not be published as-is to consumers.
- A booking exists only once its at-booking payment succeeds, and is confirmed by the Kashmirly operations team.
- Anything you charge your customer above the partner rate is your margin; you are responsible for your own invoicing to your customer.
4. Payments and wallet
Bookings are settled through your partner wallet and/or online payment. Wallet top-ups by bank transfer are credited after they reach our account. Registration and storefront-plan fees, where applicable, are as displayed at the time of payment.
5. Cancellations and changes
Each tour carries its own cancellation and modification policy, shown before booking. Charges follow the policy attached to the booked departure.
6. Storefronts and customer links
Where your plan includes a branded storefront or shareable customer links, you are responsible for the prices you publish and for your conduct toward your customers. Kashmirly stays behind the scenes and fulfils the travel services.
7. Service and liability
We operate tours with reasonable skill and care. Travel in mountainous regions is subject to weather, road, and regulatory conditions; itineraries may be adjusted for safety, with equivalent alternatives provided where possible. Kashmirly's liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid to Kashmirly for that booking.
8. Termination
Either side may end the partnership at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured or wound down under their policies. We may suspend accounts immediately for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir having jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page and applies to bookings made after it is published.
