Kashmirly is a business-to-business platform serving registered travel agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Partner account details — company name, contact person, business email, phone number, office address, and the KYC documents you submit during registration (such as business registration or GST certificates).
- Booking information — guest names and trip details your agency submits when booking, used solely to operate the booked services.
- Payment records — wallet transactions and payment references. We do not store card numbers; online payments are processed by our payment gateway.
- Usage data — standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to improve the platform.
How we use it
- To verify and onboard your agency as a partner.
- To operate bookings, quotes, wallets, and settlements.
- To send WhatsApp verification codes and service notifications you request.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.
- We never market to your customers. Guests booked through your agency remain your customers.
- We never share partner rates or commercial terms of one agency with another.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised Kashmirly staff. Documents you upload are held privately and used only for verification. We retain records for as long as your account is active and as required by law thereafter.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your agency's data at any time by contacting us through the details in the footer of this site. Deletion is subject to records we must keep by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves; the latest version is always on this page.
